Common pricing questions.

Is there a commission on sales?

No commission on the Economy and Premium tiers. Basic tier sales routed through XIMGlobal attract a standard 8% partner commission. Direct sales you close yourself are always commission-free.

Is there a contract length?

Twelve months, billed annually. Cancel any time before renewal.

What's not included?

Shipping costs, duties and taxes, and any third-party compliance testing required by specific product categories (e.g. lab testing for cosmetics). We'll tell you before any of these apply.
